Home felt to be in good condition. The front of the house has mature Landscaping and Big Trees. The roof on the front side didn't look bad but the roof on the back side didn't look good. Looks like there's hardwood floors that can be salvaged throughout the main level. Needs all new windows. Did notice some cracks around the windows and in the ceiling that raises some minor concerns about structural issues. The garage was especially big. I don't think that the Busy streets will restrict your ability to sell for top dollar but they are busy pushing the limit for being a detracting factor. since there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor hand Garden level windows in the basement I do not think he would need to add any egress windows. The settling of the pad in the garage I think you would have to do something about. Also it appears the back patio has sunk and we have to be mud jacked.
