I did 4 virtual reality home tours for the the week ending June 22, 2019. Our main search criteria is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome with a yard under $400,000 in the Denver Metro Area.

The first virtual reality, 360 degree home buying tour was an Indian Creek Neighborhood in Denver townhome: http://www.realtyofco.com/property/6157166/

I think the condition was a tad less nice than what you are willing to take on. Also, the 3rd bedroom in the basement may not be as functional as what you are looking for, as the 2 showers in the home are both en-suite and if somebody was using the basement bedroom they would have to walk up a flight of stairs for a toilet and through a bedroom for a shower. I really liked the neighborhood, overall location, and yard spaces.

The second virtual reality, 360 degree home buying tour was a LOWRY HEIGHTS CONDO in Denver: http://www.realtyofco.com/property/4760360

This complex was pretty well maintained. There was not much living space. I really liked the ceiling heights. The kitchen finishes were just ok. The bathroom finishes were nice. All the different flooring types in the bedrooms were a bit odd. I really liked the 2 patios but neither really qualified for the yard for a dog.

The third virtual reality, 360 degree home buying tour was a Cedar Ridge Townhome in Lakewood: http://www.realtyofco.com/property/9808230/

This complex was a bit older looking. The windows on the outside were older but the windows on the inside were newer. It was not an open layout but had a generous dining space. The master suite was very nice with a lot of closet space. The back door from the kitchen only opens to a balcony. You have to go to the basement to get to the backyard. Currently the basement is not very functional.

The fourth virtual reality, 360 degree home buying tour was a The Chateaux at Aurora Park townhome in the Heather Ridge part of town: http://www.realtyofco.com/property/8091234/

I was worried there would be a lot of road noise from Iliff. But the road noise was not bad and only face a part of the home where you would not be outdoors. The home had a nice floor plan. It was very much an open concept. There were a lot of vaulted ceilings. I really liked the basement bedroom/bathroom and closet. The basement was very functional. The condition of the home was not good. This was much rougher than anything you guys are considering at this point in time. Also, the only access to the back yard was through the main floor bedroom and the yard was not fenced.
