Do you ever wonder how many homes a real estate agent sells in a year?
Here are my stats for 2016.
2016 was my first year working strictly on a referral basis, without working business from other agents or teams, and without buying leads from Zillow or Realtor.com .
In 2016 I surpassed 100 on market home sales since my career began in 2012. I completed 31 on market transactions in 2016 not including homes for sale by owner or new construction homes. My highest concentration of sales was 12 in Denver, with 3 in Lakewood and 3 in Aurora. My highest price sale was $1,150,000 and my lowest $149,900 with my median sales price being $307,500. The oldest home I sold was built in 1895 and the newest home I sold was built in 2015. 12 sales were condos or townhomes while the rest were stand alone homes. 12 homes sold were listings and 19 homes sold were purchases. And my total sales volume was $11,433,410.
I can not thank my friends, family, and past clients enough for the referrals and repeat business. I humbly ask that you remember to mention me to your friends and family if they may be thinking of buying or selling a home in 2017.
My goal is that all my clients are better off with me than they would be with any other agent, by receiving the highest level of service possible, and completing the transaction with the most money left in their pocket.
