Wood burning stove in the living room. Kitchen has an odd configuration. Laminate counter tops in the kitchen. Spiral staircase to attic storage. Laundry in back patio extension. Garage in back has no current car access from the front or back. Modification to garage and fencing would have to be made for it to be functional.
