Additionally, the northern front range area that includes Boulder, Broomfield, Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont, and Loveland saw an 18% decrease in new listings and a 58.1% increase in closed home sales. The median home price in northern Colorado increased by 19.5% from $402,293 to $480,598.
