Remodeled with granite and stainless steel appliances and high and cabinets. Big back yard with an alley and room to build a  garage. Nicely remodeled bathroom.  Nice deck in the backyard. Big crawl space for storage.

Super cool location by downing and Arapahoe. Would floors when you walk in. It looks like there is a gas fireplace insert on the old wood burning fireplace. Ceiling fan in the living room. Feels like at least in foot ceilings. Front bedroom is OK sized but back bedroom is pretty small. Kitchen layout leaves something to be desired. Only one section of cabinets with countertops face. Big pantry. Laundry room off the back kind of part of an addition. Big back yard with ally access and room to build a garage if desired. Bathroom is connected to the smaller back bedroom. Bathroom is very small and doorway to bathroom is very short.

Small front porch covered. Carpet in the smaller living room and then tile in the larger dining room. Bedrooms are kind of narrow. Big kitchen. Bathroom off of the kitchen. Separate laundry room off of the kitchen. 10 foot ceilings and in the dining room and bedrooms but not in the front living room and not in the kitchen. Super huge garage. Extremely functional cross space for storage. The cross space might be a had a height of for five feet and you don't have to crawl down to get into a because it is at ground level in the back. Barn doors me make but terms much more functional.

Yard is fully fenced front to back. rod iron gate in front. Really great curb appeal. Hardwood floors and great shape when you walk in. Great functional front room. Large kitchen with breakfast nook. Stainless steel appliances no dishwasher gas stove. Breakfast nook in the kitchen. Good size front bedroom with room for a queen size bed and big added extra closet. Bathroom is in good condition with a newer vanity tile floor and nice styling around the shower. Kitchen does have laminate countertops and someone plane cabinets. Backyard is super cute with large concrete patio flagstone path Garden boxes grassy area wood burning fire stove. Just a real creative touch to the backyard including old doors for one of the fences.  back office is being considered a bedroom because it has a barn door on it. It is very big with lots of light for the office it currently functions as. Buyer concerned about parking.

Nice cabinets in the kitchen. It feels like some corners work cut on the flip because the countertop was men her the sink was mounted over the counter top and the dishwasher has not been installed well. Nice back cover porch. Beautiful detached brick garage. Bedrooms are very friendly size. Bathroom as a nice finish to it. Whole house fan. Newer windows. Garage is huge. Basement is partially finished. Nice cedarwood wall for one of the walls of the bedroom. No egress windows. Very nicely updated bathroom in the basement.

Gorgeous brick tutor home.  Garage one car in the back. Big enclosed 1i in the back. Walk up into kitchen. Kitchen is maybe not functional. Dining room is big with wood floors. Gorgeous archways and coved ceilings. Big living room. Original windows. Main floor bathroom looks functional. Stains on the north east corner of the northeast bedroom. Cedar closet in the same bed room. Big bed rooms. Huge bedroom with fireplace on the second floor. Another closet with Cedar. Second floor bathroom looks like it needs a little bit more help but still looks functional.  only half bath room in the basement ceilings are somewhat low not terrible in the basement.
