Independence street is a moderately busy Street. Nice brick home with blonde brick. Hardwood floors when you walk in. Kitchen cabinets are very old and not salvageable. 1 car garage is not very big. Nice extra space for dining might be possible to open that up into the living room. Two bedrooms on the main floor are fairly small. Backyard is a pretty good size. Basement smells a lot of moisture. Even though the basement bathroom is not functional it's great that there's already a toilet that has been functional. Basement would have a lot to to tear out to remodel or finish.
