Great location nice curb appeal good brick home. Newer carpet when you walk in. Kitchen is dated but very functional. Kitchen floor looks uneven but did not feel bad. Only the spare bathroom is in urgent need of Maintenance or just updating. Three bedrooms on the main floor. Basement is mostly unfinished except for the hard part which is a bathroom. Nice big garage. Home feels well maintained over time. Evidence of previous water incursion into the basement. I like that you can see most of the basement walls and there are no cracks.

Lots of road noise. Curb appeal is okay but it is kind of just siding and looking a little worse for wear on the outside. Layout inside is funky, multiple spaces that I don't know what you would do with. Nice hardwood floors. Kitchen is dated. Big crack throughout the Basement foundation that would be a concern in my opinion. Basement ceiling height is fairly low. Basement bathroom would need a lot of work.

Good curb appeal great location. Newer windows but the windows look a little bit rough. Nice plantation shutters on the front window. Hardwood floors in the bedrooms probably can pull up the carpet and use the hardwood floors in the living areas as well. Kitchen is a little bit dated but functional and has lots of options to make better. Nice french doors to the backyard. Good bedroom sizes bathrooms are okay. Great basement. One car garage.

Really great curb appeal. Newer roof possibly. Nice quiet cul-de-sac with open space directly to the north. Good location to commute all around town. The layout is very awkward. Weird addition but the addition has very functional space. Bedroom sizes are small. Kitchen finishes are average to above-average. Bathroom finishes are good.

I like the location. Nice corner lot. Good brick color nice curb appeal. Decent sized living room when you walk in. Floors in very good condition. Average kitchen finishes good cabinets space & countertop space. Good layout good bedroom sizes. Really love the mud room. garage is too small. Power lines behind the home may be an issue on resale kind of ugly too. Newer windows throughout.

Corner lot great proximity to the South side towards Pecos with easy access to the Sunnyside neighborhood. Don't like the road noise with it being right next to Pecos. Very nice kitchen finishes and very nice bathroom finishes. Very nice refinished floors. Main four layout is descent with one bedroom two bathrooms. But upstairs layout is just too Goofy and no bathrooms upstairs with two or three bedrooms upstairs. Nice one car garage.

Absolutely amazing location. Great floor plan ranch style home. The one bathroom and kitchen that I could see appear to have pretty decent finishes. Home is absolutely filthy. They have a dog that has given birth to puppies and the smell permeates the whole house. Hardwood floors are in desperate need of refinishing but they look like they're in pretty good condition. Three bedrooms upstairs. Desperate need of landscaping in the backyard. Basement is partially finished could not see one of the rooms because dog with puppies was in there and I think there's a bathroom there as well. I cannot do a video because the seller was home.

Dark-stained hardwood floors in the main living area and hallway. Nice update in the upstairs bathroom. Newer Windows. Wonderful Landscaping. Very functional layout maximizing the available square footage. Upstairs bedroom is 10 foot 10 by 11 ft 11 in second upstairs bedroom is 9 foot 4 by 11 foot 10. Biggest negatives to this house are smaller upstairs living room which isn't as small as I thought it was a 18 foot 1 inch by 10 foot 10 in. and the one small upstairs bedroom. Home is on a very nice-looking block with brick homes. Great curb appeal great Landscaping. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the kitchen finishes were not great.

Very spacious. I like the use of the whole lot to fully take advantage of the outdoor space. Nice brick home. Nice kitchen finishes. Bathroom finishes would be ready to go. Carpet color is not good. Don't like location as much. Basement is very big with higher ceilings. Basement bathroom is a little bit funky but clean and functional.

Completely remodeled. Big kitchen. Cool to have a private entry into the lower basement area. Nice big detached garage. Big corner lot. I don't like that the addition is not connected to the heating system so you have to use an electric heater on part of the house. Also don't like that the home is a corner lot with two busy streets lots of road noise. Also the street that the house is on has a lot of apartments.

Brick home in Harvey Park. Great layout. Kitchen is dated but clean and functional as are the bathrooms. Very nice condition hardwood floors. Nice fenced yard with a huge garage. Thanks Landscaping some newer Windows some older windows. Basement does not have full egress windows. Roof looks older.

Kitchen is kind of small with older appliances little bit dated and the flooring is not the nicest in the kitchen. Nice hardwood floors in the main floor but there's a lot of staining on the hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Don't like the floors in the main floor bathroom. Wood paneling in the basement but the basement is pretty nice and the basement bathroom is nice - the carpet in the basement bathroom. Older Windows throughout. Not my favorite part of Harvey Park.

Really good floor plan. Nice big kitchen lots of eating space. Older appliances and older cabinets in the kitchen. A little bit of an animal smell in the house. Some newer Windows some older windows. Not a lot of curb appeal. Some road noise from Evans out front and outback. Bathrooms are in decent shape. Not a lot of connectivity to the backyards from the house.

I could not video because homeowner was home. 1 car attached garage but no entry through the house to the garage. Great location in Lakewood. Nice hardwood floors throughout the main floor. Big kitchen not a lot of eating space. Three solid bedrooms on the main floor. Bathroom and kitchen condition is not new but in good clean useful condition. Drop ceiling in the basement it's a little bit low. Nice wood burning fireplace in the basement. One downside is that eating from the forced air furnace is not connected in the basement and they have floor electric heaters on the base boards

On two major streets. Also is corner lot which is a positive. I don't like that the garage is on the lower level and so far away from the kitchen. Would need all new flooring. Also, both bathrooms and the kitchen would need to be remodeled could not be left as-is. An overall very clean feeling house just needs some cosmetic help. Also, all the windows are original.

Unfinished basement awesome. Great lot. Like neighborhood better. Only 1 car garage. Only half bath in master bedroom. Laminate floor in the kitchen hard to tell if there is hardwood underneath.

Full foundation on the addition. New sewer line. Ashley access. Both bathrooms decent. No garage. Less squarefootage to fix up. Need kitchen help. Don't like the layout.

Both bathrooms in really great condition. Two living rooms and a dining room. No garage. Flooring was in good shape with hardwood floors in front and carpet back. Ally access. Most move in ready we saw up to this point.

Only one bathroom has a shower. Kitchen has no appliances. Three good-sized bedrooms on the main floor. Nice hardwood floors. Original windows. Basement has some desirable features go with needs some work to create a bedroom and bathroom down there. No parking space and space to put a garage. Main baths need love.

Bathrooms and kitchen are dated but very clean and very functional as is. Laundry in the kitchen. The basement does not have a bathroom but has a bedroom with a full egress window. Fireplace in the basement. Hard to see how you add a bathroom or laundry in the basement. Nice covered back porch. Very nice doors and hardwood floors on the main floor.
