First, it can be challenging to coordinate with another person since I will be attending the walkthroughs. Second, the buyer contracts for new construction homes are not quite as friendly which can make it harder to get out of a contract. It is a lower risk for me as a real estate agent.

I attend all walkthroughs: pre-drywall, electrical, post-drywall, and meeting with the foreman multiples times before the blue-tape walkthrough. I act as a bit of secretary in the process by documenting everything you discuss with the foreman and everything you want to be fixed or updated.
